The way I love Nite and Dai don’t even make no sense. With the length of this one I really wish she would have had a lot more groveling. I love that man down but come on. Also this was a serious missed MFM situation that would have made this pour perfection. This kept me up till 2am and all I dreamed about was what Hunter comforting and loving on Dai would look like. *sigh* This absolutely solidified Ladii is my go to when I need a pick me up. This didn’t have no right being laugh out loud funny with how heavy the childhood trauma is in it, but it was. The pacing was amazing, the writing was great and authentic without being over the top or excessive, and the relationships between the good guys was beautiful. I loved the twin love so much. This one didn’t top Santa’s Helpers on comedy but it’s now my favorite Ladii Nesha book (for now.)
