I Feel Love by Krent Able, Julian Hanshaw

??????? I don’t know what I read/saw.
This collection of short stories is supposedly about ‘love’ but I would not have known this if I wasn’t told this by the blurb. I’d say only two of them have any kind of understandable narrative, one following a young man whose desire for female connection turns him into a monster, and another where a man’s inability to communicate and establish boundaries around his fetish leads to a miserable relationship. ‘Black Balloon’ was bizarre and I really do not understand anything about it.
Another follows a depressed mother with a depressed daughter who discovers slashfic. With this one and the final story (it includes plants, birth, maybe some generational psychosis?) I can see a couple of different interpretations but neither are particularly strong. I can’t even remember the one or two other stories.
I did overall enjoy the two I expanded on above (incel monster and fetish man) , and throughout the artwork was pretty good. However I just don’t understand why the others exist
