the narrative choices really made this story into a very unique experience. this was everything I wanted from a novella. i went into it knowing very little and it stayed with me long after i finished it.
there is this vibe through the book that is kinda hard to describe but it's so readable that it's impossible to put down. there is something about hearing the life story of an elder and for the end to be so ... hopeful ? this will need to be added to my collection.
