If you love historians and archivists and genealogy old houses and cemeteries, you will love this. Absolutely my cup of tea! However, if you have zero patience with black out drunks and their bulls**t, this book will piss you off. So I loved the history aspect, ghosts and all, but had to grit my teeth through the horrible behavior of the Flanagans. Having said that, I couldn't put it down and tore through this in a day and a half. Kudos to Ms Sullivan!
