This started off a little slow but by the end I enjoyed the wild ride. I have disliked Elle Nash previous work but this novel felt like a huge improvement and departure from her previous books. Throughout the story I was continually on the fence as to whether I liked or hated the protagonist. I definitely should have checked trigger warnings as animal abuse is the one thing I hate coming across in books and Deliver Me has multiple events where this takes place.
