The Dare by Elle Kennedy

4.5 stars!
I really loved this main couple, Taylor and Conor were everything. Loved the way he treated her, and I liked the way Elle created both characters with different insecurities.
Taylor’s insecurities about her body were very realistic, many girls base themselves off on this body type of beauty pattern, but we’re all beautiful with our own bodies. Loved the message.
The way she also talked about slut-shaming was very powerful to me, how she brought the girls together to support Taylor, even if they had their issues, it was beautiful.
I just missed the sense of ending, you know? Like, for the last book in the series, I missed the other characters. I know that’s not necessary to end this series, but still it was what was missing for me. Also the way their relationship was unfolding at the end but kept hitting ground kind of got me frustrated.
So no, this isn’t my favorite of the series, but I definitely loved this. Conor fucking Edwards, you have my heart.
