Note to self: Definately should have read the Dark Elements series before the Harbinger series which occurs after these books.
I loved finding out how Dez and Jasmine's relationship started, and getting to know some of the history behind the clans. I thought the book was well-written, and the world-building spot on. Plus, I really enjoyed how the two main female characters were strong-willed, intellegent, beautiful, and that they found ways to overcome their male-dominated society. A society where females should have been relegated to child-bearing and child-rearing, yet Jas amd Danika both forged ahead and started to follow their own paths.
