Like over 10 years ago now the Neon Genesis Evangelion movies are what got me into anime, the medium that fundamentally formed my teen years and for that alone the series will forever have a special place in my heart. So it's very fortunate that it's also just straight up amazing. Kind of a crime it took me so long to start reading the manga but here we are.
