iammair 's review for:
The Memory Librarian: And Other Stories of Dirty Computer
by Janelle Monáe
the stories start off amazing and as they go on they kind of lose steam, but i had fun with all of them except for the last, which felt a bit wonky. the first two had me binge-reading, completely obsessed and engrossed.
still have to admit i hoped there would be something more about cindi specifically (i loved the inclusion of jane so much).
all of the stories felt like cliffhangers too, which was a bit frustrating. but overall it was a very fun book and a great addition to the metropolis/new dawn lore.
it's a 3.75 rating for me, only because i wanted more.
