Southern Storm by Natasha Madison

4.0

Southern Storm is the third book in this series of contemporary, standalone, small town romance with friends-to-lovers trope. Though it could be read as standalone, I would highly recommend the readers to read the first 2 books since its an interconnected arc. The couple in this story has played major roles in the first book, Southern Chance.

For those who are caught in up, Beau, Savannah and Jacob (the hero in the first book) are bestfriends since they were kids. Savannah, being the daughter of a hired help and with her mother's own reputation in town, didn't have it easy growing up. The difference in their social status didn't affect their friendships until Savannah got pregnant and Jacob took the responsibility. Beau has always loved Savannah but felt betrayed by his 2 friends. Savannah loved Beau but felt that she isn't the right woman for his kind of status. Eight years has passed, and when Beau found out the truth, will it changed how he felt for Savannah? Will this be the chance for him to cross the line of friendship? Are they strong enough to stand the storm that they will face? Get ready for drama, angst and Southern brand of love! Fans of small town romance and author will surely love this latest love story.
