I thought this was above expectations, really. I figured it would be all dragged out, but it wasn’t. It was mostly very enjoyable and fun to read. It was good to see how things worked out for Gabe and Marcus, even though I was a bit confused by what was going on in their heads on more than one occasion.
I think this book could have been improved by having less POV changes (it felt like they changed—or didn’t change—to the person I didn’t want to hear from for a scene more often than not), but overall, I was satisfied with this read. It was a good series.
