Kingdom of the Feared by Kerri Maniscalco

4.0

I thought this was a great conclusion to a trilogy that got better with each book. I am glad that we got to see more of each of other princes, and would love to read more about Pride's story in the future! This book was well thought out plot wise-nothing felt "convenient" or out of place. I also appreciated that we did not have to wait until the end of the book to get a lot of the answers the series have left open. The book wrapped up nicely and I got everything I wanted to see after Book 2. This book also had WAY more spice then I expected, which I loved especially given the slow burn/tension between Wrath and Emilia over the course of the books. Lastly, I really appreciated Emilia's decision making in this story, she shows different sides to her personality and sometimes is inconsistent which imo is relatable. She acts on her emotions but has established boundaries and thinks about the boundaries of others when acting. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading about her journey and development and thought Maniscalco did a fantastic job of eliciting many emotions through the series.
