9/21/12 - I randomly ran across this one on Pinterest. I was excited when I saw it was even free for d/l here at GR. It's a 3 part series about James Potter the younger.
There was a lot that I liked here. There were a few things that left me scratching my head at first, but most of them were explained satisfactorily. I liked seeing a lot of the characters from the past too. Of course, Neville's my favorite and I would have liked to see more of him. More Luna would have been good too, but you can't have everything. :) This IS a series more about James and his friends and not the students from the previous generation. I did like how not everything at Hogwarts was the same and things changed with the times.
I d/l the other two and I'll definitely be reading them.
3/30/15 - This is actually a 5 part series. I think the last one isn't out yet. Just clarifying that my from previous entry. I read this one to my daughter at bedtime over the course of several months. She liked it too. I look forward to reading more with her. I did read #2, but held off on reading any more so we could read them together.
