I’ve never read anything like this and it gives a lot to think about after reading. The chapter device did get a little old, particularly at the end when we find more well known characters (although I did enjoy the John Boyne additions). I did miss the normal character development compared to a traditional novel but overall very impressive and says a lot about our universal struggles and humanity. A little self indulgent and hammering points a little hard towards the end but still a great feat.
