I first read this book when I was twelve and I loved it. I read it again in high school but not every book at once. This is the first time since high school that I've sat down and read it. You always wonder if the books you loved growing up you will still love as an adult. This one I loved then and I love now. I know people see this as the Mount Everest of books, but, really, once you sit down and start reading you are so engrossed that it is easy to get through it. Life gets in the way, but this novel always holds my interest. I love the movies as much as the books, which I think is a rare occurrence for me.
