She’s the Red Camellia, only daughter of the Keeper of the Garde. She’s valued only for her looks and for the position within the Garde that she’ll provide her husband. All the world sees is a flighty society girl. Who is she underneath?
He’s her ex-betrothed. A man scorned, with secrets as deep as Lake Mead. Ever since he was given the Queen card, he’s been obsessed. What lengths will he go to to save the one he secretly loves?
Rouge is a spicy, adventurous dark romance that’s filled with secrets, love, and the players of the dark underbelly of Las Vegas.
This book just grabbed me right from the start and sucked me in. I sat down on my couch to start it after the football game and didn’t get up until I finished it 5 hours later. I was enthralled and just couldn’t put it down. Greer Rivers is such an incredible author, she really just makes her characters dance off the page and come to life. I 10/10 recommend this book if you’re into dark romance and you love a retelling of classic stories. Make sure you check trigger warnings before diving in because it is definitely a dark romance though!!
