I need to preface this review by stating that I love erotic horror. The ultra taboo content of most erotic horror is why I like it so much.
I just did not care much for this. I wanted it to be slightly longer, and I wanted more of everything. I know he's a sociopath/psychopath. I understand that, but the entire book was so utterly lacking in emotion. I had really high hopes for this because I've read Audrey's other erotic horror book, and it was absolutely phenomenonal. This one fell incredibly below my expectations.
I wanted more of the story; not because I loved it so much that I just wanted to keep reading, but because it was bland and flat. The plot twist was decent, but even the reveal just fell pretty flat.
