Did not finish book. Stopped at 45%.

The writing style was not for me; the way past stories wove into present happenings. I almost got halfway and nothing happened, so I lost interest. I also was not a fan at how vulgar the descriptions were, about piss, shit, spit and so on. I get that these are likely metaphors for something, but hearing them as opposed to reading really put me off of it.
