I really liked this one. I haven't read Dorian Gray, so regarding that, I can't say whether it's a good reflection of that story or not, but I listened to the audiobook of this and I loved it. They get a narrator for each person's perspective, so you can't get confused about who's talking, which is really nice, and it also feels like each girl has her own personality and voice, which is also really good writing. I immediately cared about Mick, and I liked how on edge her character was throughout the story, and I was also just a little endeared by Veronica, because she felt somewhat like an almost ordinary girl. I really hope there's more to come, but given that I have now seen it's a retelling of a classic, I'm not getting my hopes up. Well, maybe I am anyways, just a little. This book was so good!
