I had high hopes for this YA book about a 16 yr old with ARFID as a mom and a therapist but this book was a mess. Parts were helpful - seeing inside Pea’s mind when she’s dealing with the monster of ARFID. But SPOILERS - she ends up in a psych ward and that whole swerve in the book was messy beyond belief. And the cure was ultimately a relationship with a boy? Ugh. Nope.
