Every Last Word by Tamara Ireland Stone

this was a good book. it could’ve been a 5 star one for me had i not had an issue with the romance part of this book. the representation of OCD and its attributes was written perfectly and i commend the author. like the first part of the book was awesome, definitely gave me a 5 star feel. it was when we got into AJ’s and Sam’s relationship that threw me off. their relationship kind of felt rushed? i mean any time we got any development in it, it was always a time jump. so we never got to really see how their relationship had gotten further or anything of the sort. it also kind of annoyed me that, at least with the way it’s written, Sam needed AJ to become better/figure out how to better deal with her OCD. i always have hated that trope, cuz while i understand a partner can help you become better, they shouldn’t be the focal point of healing. but overall, i liked this book and its characters as well as its character development. am glad i read this, nonetheless.
