This book surpassed The Devouring Gray and I was so hooked. It was more tense, dramatic, romantic and creepy than its predecessor. I loved each and every layer to the book and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. There were so much depth added to our beloved characters and it was wonderful seeing each of their personalities come out even more.
