sarasyrena 's review for:
Agnes Grey
by Anne Brontë
reflective
relaxing
slow-paced
I thought that oblivious, permissive, & blinded parents were mostly a modern issue. Quite funny to see teachers dealing with that 200 years ago too.
Enjoyed the first half of the book for that; second half completely bored me since it was about the romance between Agnes and Weston.
