Vanishing Fleece: Adventures in American Wool by Clara Parkes

So good! If you have any interest at all in how textiles are made in America (or how that industry has been struggling to stay alive) this is the book you should read. It follows the lifecycle of wool from sheep to yarn, visiting a few different methods along the way and it is fascinating. Also helps that Clara is also funny and writes with such passion and empathy. Loved it!
