The Honeys by Ryan La Sala

I'm usually iffy with YA nowadays, it just doesn't hit me the same way anymore, but the premise drew me in enough I knew I had to try it. As someone who also went to sleep away camp, and for ten years - I was 17 my last year - being nonbinary in that extremely gendered space is such a strange, isolating experience that this book captured extremely well. The horror was also great. I enjoyed this book a lot.
