 It's official. This is one of my new favorites. Everything about this book I loved. I read through this really quickly. It was light hearted and fun, as well as a bit emotional (It can't be a favorite if I didn't cry at least a little bit). Friends to Lovers is one of my favorite tropes, probably because it's my own love story as well, but this one was done SO WELL. I really understood what some of the issues were and could relate to so much what each of the characters were going through.

I didn't care for Beach Read because I wasn't prepared for the kind of book it was, I expected a lighthearted Rom-Com and instead got Women's Fiction. Which would have been fine if I was expecting that, but I wasn't. This book felt like it was exactly what was advertised and I loved it. If you didn't care for Beach Read (or even if you did!) I highly recommend reading this one.
