Elsie Silver writes badass female characters.  I loved Powerless.  I loved Jasper and Sloane, the banter between them was great and I love how they were always honest with each other. 

I loved it when Sloane told off her dad and ex-fiancé, how Jasper showed up to the restaurant and had Sloane's back.

  Sloane and Jasper went through a lot in this book but it only made them stronger, and while it wasn't easy for them, I loved

how they eventually got their happily ever after.
