Taming Demons for Beginners by Annette Marie

This was a fun read, but not what I was expecting. I picked up thinking it would be a romance and part of a series where each book focuses in one couple. However, the whole 4 books focuses on the same MCs, and this first one has very little romance to it. Finishing it was a bit disapointing because it didn't actually felt like a finish, more like the end of the first part of the story, and now I'm not sure I want to read all 4 books to know what happens to the characters.
What I really enjoyed in the book was how the author portraited the differences in culture between demons and humans. The language use felt very real to my own experiences to living abroad. There's a good balance of using the demon language and still getting the message across to the reader (and the audiobook narrator also deserves a medal of her job too!)
