Jase and Hendrix. If you haven’t read about the other band members, two of them have their own story prior to Jase. Sweet Ache and Sweet Surrender.

Jase, the drummer of the band, has a way of acting out when things get tough. Well, people are taking notice and not in a good way. His band, his lawyer brother, and the Judge who will determine his fate for the next upcoming tour. He can’t let his band down, so goes to extreme measures to fix his image.

Hendrix, a local bakery owner, is starting all over again. Her now ex left her in a pickle and she is scrambling through life. Hendrix visits the coffee shop near by and is intrigued with the blue eye guy sitting there, having no idea who he is at the moment and how he is going to change her life.

From the start, we get to see a certain side to Jase that most don’t see. To understand what makes him tick as well as what sets him off. He hasn’t had an easy road and hasn’t learned how to cope, yet. It’s not until Hendrix, where he learns how to feel, to communicate, to put someone else first, to let things go, and to forgive. But the most important, not everyone will leave.
