Book 7! Joe O'Loughlin is treating Marnie, who's husband has been missing for over a year and has left behind gambling debts with some less than nice people. As those people start dying, we start wondering, is there someone watching out for Marnie, or is there more to Marnie than meets the eye?
This started very strong. A great mystery with a good bit of psychology thrown in. I felt the pace dropped a little in the second half, but still a great read. Only two more to go! I will miss Joe and Vincent when I'm done.
