This is one of those books where you donโ€™t know where to start when it comes to the review. I will start by saying that Ms. Bernice McFaddenโ€™s writing style is phenomenally iconic. It embodies everything the words say and more as you read through her wonderful stories. This one on particular took me away and into a world I knew nothing about from page 1! Sugar has never known what it meant to have someone who truly cared for her starting with her own mother. She seeks love and a better life except she has no idea what a better life consists of. I could literally go on and on about this one , but I would rather you see for yourself how captivating, heartstring pulling, and unforgettable this book truly is. There is literally an essence to capture here. Please add this book to your radar asap if you havenโ€™t already!!!
