The Veselka Cookbook: Recipes and Stories from the Landmark Restaurant in New York's East Village by Natalie Danford, Tom Birchard

5.0

I haven't even cooked anything out of this yet and it's still a 5-star book. Why? Because it has a recipe for EVERYTHING that is on the Veselka menu. EV. REE. THING. Their pierogi. Their sandwiches. Their pancakes and black-and-white cookies and salads. Even the Christmas borscht which I pine for year-round. I could not ask for anything else in a cookbook.
