If I had to come up with a theme as a serial killer?
I'd be the SBD killer, and I'd go after anyone with modified exhaust that serves only to make their vehicle louder.
My whole pitch is that lack of sleep has been deemed a carcinogen, so waking people up is killing them slowly, so making your car loud is killing people, so really I'm just killing killers.
