I think my expectations were too high with this one, and I think I'm being generous with the 3 stars.
There were many things that annoyed me. One of the things that I absolutely hate it when someone does something just because their parents want them to. I can't stand it. And Freddy was a classic example of that. The whole conflict in the book was that he couldn't grow up and tell his parents what he wanted, and that really annoyed me.
He was also extremely insecure, and I understand why and his ex was a bitch, but when in pretty much every single chapter he was assuming what Cami thought about him, it got really fucking tiring. You'd assume that after like the fourth time he would give her the benefit of the doubt but nop. Pay therapy, please.
Eventually, I got bored with the drama and I skipped the last chapters ups. Idk, I was just disappointed.
