When S. Huntleigh sent me this arc I was a little worried it wouldn’t be my thing. I even messaged her giving her a fair warning that I might not like it for the simple fact that I don’t read fantasy/Ramantasy normally and a lot of times I lose interest in the whole organized crime thing. Welllll not sure why I was worried because I freaking loved this retelling so much. A little bit of the storyline lost my attention but she was able to pull me right back in and that says so much about her writing and her ability to captivate her readers attention. Wolfe is so morally grey and Rossa is so feisty and bratty. I LOVED every single scene that both of them are in, as well as apart. Little Red Riding Hood was never a story I particularly liked which also could be why I got lost when reading some of it. If you are a fan of it then I HIGHLY recommend this book and even if you aren’t I say still give it a try. I’m so happy I did!!!
