I’ve been on a self-exploration journey for a while, with my latest obsession being polyamory. I have, and continue, to identify as monogamous, but this book helped illuminate a small portion of what I was looking to understand. Even more, the book focuses a great deal on attachment styles and trauma that helped me label many of the relationships and aspects of those relationships that I’ve already experienced and come to work with.

My fav thing about this book is the author’s encouragement to take what works. She’s not creating a guide but providing information, made for an easy read.
