Well, I don’t know what that says about me, but I had way too much fun with this book. It was dark, unhinged, and taboo. Not only that, it was my first truly enjoyable reading experience with primal play. I’ve read a few books featuring it before, but this one just hit different.

The erratic nature of Malachia paired with Olivia’s softness created a great opposites-attract dynamic. Plus, Olivia had a devious, curious side that was absolutely filthy. The spice was forbidden and addicting.

This book does contain a lot of triggering content, so be mindful if you decide to pick it up. Overall, it was a quick, spicy, dark read — and I’m so glad I gave it a chance!
