Ooweeee.. this book was nearly perfect for me & it’s nothing I’ve ever read before. It took me a bit longer to finish it bc I was reading some other books for book club & those had a deadline 🙃 but I promise I ate this up!!
S.T. Abby knew how to write a forbidden romance fr (may she rest in peace 😔). It’s like if criminal minds & dark rom had a baby, this would be it & I loved it. 😩 Abby’s writing is so well thought out & beautifully descriptive 🤍
I think the only thing I would’ve wanted were having some of Lana & Logan’s scenes more fleshed out. I did, at times, feel like maybe this was purely physical.
Other than that, everything that unfolded in the end had me litcherally gagged & my theories were indeed incorrect 😂 Lana & the whole Evan’s family’s story devastated and wrecked me.. At times, it was quite a hard read so I did have to take some pauses.
I’m just so happy Lana’s a bada$$ bc no one else would be. 🖤
