Mystery Walk by Robert R. McCammon

4.0

I really enjoyed this one! It reminded me of early Stephen King, and why I fell in love with this genre. I think RM writes small town folks just as well as SK himself.

Two boys with different abilities, their “mystery walk,” are each tormented by an evil entity named the shape changer who is evil incarnate.

I really liked how the author used religion as a tool for evil to separate and manipulate people as this has always been my experience with religion.
