The Only Survivors by Megan Miranda
3.0
Probably 3.5
It was a slow burn and the intrigue kept me reading. However, the twist at the end was not surprising, not was I really interested in it. I got really irritated with how often Cass the narrator mentioned their "dark secret" or their "dark past". The constant reminder that they did something so horrible became grating after a while. I didn't really resonate with the characters either. It would have been great if there was more complexity to them.
