Savages by Don Winslow

5.0

Loved it! Loved the story, loved the style, loved the wordplay, loved the characters, loved the action, loved the sex, loved ev. ery. thing. Thanks, Don Winslow. Don't know what else to say, you can read the plot summary elsewhere, I'll just add that the way that this book is written makes what could otherwise be a pretty straightforward thriller/action story a bit more interesting. I also love the O/Ben/Chon relationship, it's different and unique and seems real, and the characters are flawed like real people--not any people that I know, but still people.

I read this book twice, back to back, and I'd pick it up again.
