Scott Pilgrim vs. the World by Bryan Lee O’Malley
5.0

Hmm, I'm giving this book more stars because this one really brought out the back-stories of the characters and made Scott's life more believable somehow. Also I'm beginning to really like Scott... He's turning out to be quite an endearing little fellow as compared to Book #1 where I just thought he was stupid for dumping his highschool girlfriend and running after someone else. Ramona also seems more likeable here. The subtle humour that Scott's friends employ to kid him out of things (Wallace and Kim mostly) brings out some laughs. And though Scott may seem like a lazy, jobless, tired 20-something guy, he's got a few talents up his sleeve. The fighting, yes. But cooking? Honestly? That was a lovely surprise!
