Really enjoyed this book! Didn't get into it the first time, then the next time I flew through it (and cried a bunch). It reminded me of Anne Carson's Autobiography of Red - even though there are a lot of differences in the books they are both novels in verse dealing with adolescent sexuality, friendships, and independence/development.
