What a wild ride! I couldn't put this book down! I loved following Freya as she really came into her own strength and powers. Lots of female rage. But it did get a bit dark at the end. I also loved Bjorn *swoon*. The magic was also very interesting, being intertwined with the Viking gods. I liked the spice, but felt at times like it wasn't going to happen...til it did. The ending definitely was a twist, and I'm excited to see where it takes the story!
