The Association of Small Bombs by Karan Mahajan

4.0

Sort of a "butterfly effect" novel built around the many blasts that are too small or not lethal enough to garner much attention in the national and international news cycles. This is the story of "small" people whose lives are irrevocable altered by something so simple and mundane that it goes unacknowledged by the powerless many and the powerful few. Some of the characters grated, as perhaps a little too realistic a portrayal of arrogant, women-hating types. But overall the novel is wel worth reading.
