The descriptiveness, the imagery, the detail! My senses were on overload in the best way! Natalia had such a captivating writing style.
Our main character goes through evolutions of herself at different points in her journey, which is heavily relatable to me. And while this is fantasy, her experience translates seamlessly to real world.
The Latin representation is also done extremely well. While the world is fictional, I can match up the language and foods to my own growing up. The use of Spanish was also made to feel and sound so natural.
I cannot wait for the next book!
