Not really sure why I'm reading another urban fantasy series in 2019...but this was fine. Not quite as charmed as I was by Neill's Chicago vampire series, but honestly I started reading that back in the heyday. This one is not vampires but fae. The characters felt meh, the setting felt meh, the action felt meh.
