Didn't really enjoy this. The balance between the two time lines wasn't great and I was hoping for more of the adult time line. Meche is horrible and there's no evidence she's grown at all as an adult and I don't understand how
her friends can forgive her when she shows very little remorse, even twenty years later.


Some nice writing (as always from Moreno Garcia!), but I didn't enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed her more recent work.
