The Watchmaker of Filigree Street by Natasha Pulley

3.5

This was a bit of an oddity. I knew nothing going in and so my intrigue, trying to figure out what the hell was going on and what it was all about, kept me going, as well as the fact that I love a Victorian setting (though the dialogue sometimes felt too modern), and I love clockwork too... It did however feel pretty slow, with not much of a plot, and the plot and mystery there is was a bit confusing, I'm still not sure that I fully understand what was going on and who did what or why.
