How to Speak Boy by Tiana Smith

3.0

*SPOILERS-ISH*
If you read the front inside cover as I did, then you basically knew the entire plot. Typically with these kinds of books where there's a mystery boy/girl, I can speculate, but the synopsis literally gave it all away, and there was no way the author would add a twist when so much character development was spent on one specific possibility. I thought it was cute overall, but the plot had too much predictability and sway over the reader to like certain characters. I felt as if Grayson had more detail put into him that made him more likable and the person I rooted for, however, Carter was always portrayed as friend-zoned and annoying even though he and Quinn were friends for 10 years? There were just some things that didn't sit right with me despite being a page-turner.
